Recently Bishop Foys has allowed the priests of the Diocese of Covington to begin receiving our catechumens and candidates into the Church. Normally, this would have taken place at the Easter Vigil, but, of course, we were not allowed to have public Masses at that time. Even now, we can only have 10 people present, so we are receiving them one at a time.
This past Sunday, I received Kent Miles into the Church. He had already been baptized in another Christian denomination, so he made an act of faith in the Catholic Church, was confirmed, and made his First Holy Communion. This weekend, I will be receiving two others.
