fr. comer hosts 10-day pilgrimage to Italy, nov. 5-14

Join our pastor, Fr. Mike Comer, for a pilgrimage to Italy’s greatest cities and special places dear to Christian hearts. We’ll begin our pilgrimage in the Renaissance city of Florence, home to some of the world’s most acclaimed pieces of art. Our pilgrimage continues in Assisi, where we’ll walk in the footsteps of St. Francis and St. Clare and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Francis. Pray near the tomb of Blessed Carlo Acutis, the young Catholic from Italy who had a passionate devotion to the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.

We’ll proceed down to the Amalfi coast, where our visit to the ancient Roman town of Pompeii will give us a glimpse into the life of a city at the height of the Roman Empire. Our visits to Positano and the beautiful Amalfi towns are sure to be a highlight of our journey! We’ll end our tour in Rome and Vatican City, where we’ll visit the sacred sites of our Catholic faith, including the Sistine Chapel and the Papal Basilicas of Rome. We will enter the heart of Christendom for an audience with the Holy Father and celebrate Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica.

Best of all, we will be celebrating our faith, forming deeper bonds of friendship, and enjoying the food and customs of another culture! There is nothing like sharing such experiences with friends and family in faith. Please consider joining us this Nov. 5-14.
