The last Sunday of the Church’s Liturgical Year, the Feast of Christ the King, celebrates the final victory of Christ when He puts His enemies, sin and death, beneath His feet. As we look around us, it may be hard to believe, that in the end, God wins, Jesus wins, good wins, we win. We are encouraged to hold steady and to trust in Christ no matter what happens.
