The Disciple Makers Index (DMI) survey is live, and so far, we've heard from 220 of you. (Thank you!) But we are hoping to surpass the 292 responses to our previous DMI survey 3 years ago. Please click on the yellow button to begin.
Your feedback will help us measure our progress against our priorities and goals (Sustainability, Faith Formation and Engagement) that we set based on your responses to the first DMI survey three years ago.
The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. You do not need to be a registered parishioner, but you must be at least 15 years old. All responses are confidential.
