The Disciple Makers Index (DMI) survey is live, starting Feb. 18, and we need to hear from you. Please click on the yellow button and select "Mother of God" from the list of parishes.
Your feedback will help us measure our progress against our priorities and goals (Sustainability, Faith Formation and Engagement) that we set based on your responses to the first DMI survey we took as a parish three years ago.
