The Festival of Lessons and Carols presented at Mother of God Church on Saturday, Dec. 20, was an absolute triumph. Meg Booker, our music minister and organist, curated a breathtaking choral presentation that deeply inspired all in attendance.

Meg was joined by a group of exceptionally talented musicians: Noah Jacobson on piano and organ, Gracie Niehaus on violin, and Abigail Cole on trumpet. Together, they provided the large MoG audience with an unforgettable afternoon of music. The wonderful music was woven around the gospel narrations provided by Deacon Brian Cox and Mary Ann Kelly. While the organ performances were a highlight, the true standout was Meg’s solo performances. Her pristine soprano voice captured the heart of every song and was a gift to everyone present.

Congratulations to Meg and her fellow musicians for a well-deserved standing ovation. It was a truly magnificent performance!
