Last week, at the 9:30 am Mass, Fr. Mike Comer received Michael Hogan into the Catholic Church. Michael has been a very active member of another denomination but for quite some time has felt called to enter the Catholic Church. He has read and studied extensively about the Catholic faith, delving into the writings of St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine, and the Church Fathers, as well as Scripture and the catechism of the Catholic Church.
   
Said Fr. Comer, "Michael and I have met a number of times over the past several months, and it was clear to me that he was intellectually and spiritually ready to become a member of the Catholic Church."
