Quarterly, the priests of the Diocese of Covington gather with Bishop Iffert for a Priest Study Day. Sometimes this will be a day to cover something that is happening in the diocese that the priests need to be informed of. Other times, especially during Advent and Lent, the day will be more of a time for prayer and reflection.
   
It is important for us as a presbyterate to gather from time to time to pray, socialize, discuss, and get to know each other better, and to learn how we can be supportive and helpful to one another. We see those priests of our diocese as our brothers, and that we are to minister to the people of God together, and not as isolated individuals in the fields of the Lord.
