The Disciple Makers Index (DMI) survey is officially underway. We first took the survey three years ago at the outset of our participation in the With One Heart initiative to identify areas of need in our parish, and 294 of you responded!
Your feedback helped us identify priorities of Sustainability, Faith Formation, and Engagement, around which we developed our parish pastoral plan. The DMI retake this Lent will allow us to measure progress on our current plan and to adjust our priorities or identify new ones for our future work. For this reason, it is very important that we hear from you.
The survey is available online now through March 23. A link to the survey is posted here and on the homepage of our website. We've also included it in our parish app. Everyone, age 15 or older, may participate. All responses are confidential.
The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. It is a helpful exercise in reflecting on your own spiritual growth and how well the parish is meeting your needs. Thanks in advance for your participation.
