This Monday evening, May 18, members of Parish Council, Finance Council, and the With One Heart Implementation Team will meet to learn about the results of the recent Disciple Makers Index (DMI) for Mother of God.

Stephanie Bosse, our mentor and coach from the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI), will present the information and offer a comparison to the results of the original DMI that we took as a parish three years ago. The priorities and goals that were set by the With One Heart Envisioning Team and carried out by the Implementation Team were based on the outcome of the first DMI. The results of the most recent survey will show us how well we did in achieving our goals.

This meeting marks the official end of our partnership with CLI. It will be up to us to integrate what we’ve learned with our current planning and leadership processes. This includes a restructuring of Parish Council that will debut in July.

As we approach the feast of Pentecost, we ask the Holy Spirit to guide us in our planning and open our hearts and minds to discern our path for the future of Mother of God and its people. Thank you all for your prayers and support.
