As you know, our entire diocese is involved in the With One Heart program, for strategic planning as a diocese and as individual parishes. This process began with the Discipleship Maker Index that many of you took part in several months ago. Seven of the parishes are receiving special mentoring as part of the Future Parish aspect of the program.
    
We have assembled a team of parishioners who are meeting with me as an Envisioning Team, and with a mentor assigned to us from the With One Heart organization. Our mentor is Jessica Adams, who spoke to us at Mass a few months ago. We are meeting in six sessions, and our task is to identify three priorities that the parish wants to work on for the next couple of years. We have completed four of the six sessions, so we are closing in on identifying the three priorities and the goals that are part of each priority. As soon as these priorities are finalized, I will share them with you.
    
Soon I will be putting together an Implementation Team to work with me in putting the three priorities into action here at Mother of God. This process will take 18 to 24 months to complete.
