Coffee and Donuts Holiday Schedule
On Sunday, Dec. 28, due to the Christmas holidays, coffee and donuts will not be available after the Masses. Thank you to Cindy Hassan and all the volunteers who help with this ministry.
Fair Trade Coffee, Tea and Chocolate Sale
Fair Trade/Equal Exchange Products—coffee, tea, and chocolate—will be available for sale from 10:30–11:30 am (between Masses) downstairs in the undercroft on Sunday, Jan. 4.
Christmas Poinsettia Donations
Please consider donating for our Christmas poinsettias. You may do so in honor of a loved one (living or deceased). Envelopes are available in the pews.
Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group
In January we will begin a Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group here at Mother of God for family members and friends of persons who have ended their own lives. Group meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the parish office in the St. Aloysius Conference Room. The first meeting will be Wednesday, Jan, 7, from 6:30–8 pm. Marriage Encounter
The next Marriage Encounter Weekend experience is March 13-15 at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in Cincinnati, OH. This weekend experience is for those who wish to enrich their marriage and return to that newlywed feeling.

Sacramental Prep for Children
Parents, if you have a school-aged child who is seeking First Reconciliation and/or First Communion, we would love to hear from you! You must be a registered parishioner for your child to participate. To register your child/children for the classes, please call the parish office at 859-291-2288 or email mkelly@mogcov.org. Preparation will begin in January.

Join Us for Eucharistic Adoration
We invite you to place yourself in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament every Tuesday morning from 11-11:45 am. This is a tremendous opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Lord. Try it and see how it changes your life. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is also available.

Welcome to Al-Anon
AL-Anon holds their Wednesday noon meetings at Mother of God Church. Enter through the courtyard and go down the steps to the undercroft of the church. Al-Anon has but one purpose: to help families and friends of alcoholics and addicted ones.
Free Support Group for Parents of Addicted Loved Ones
Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, from 6:30 to 8 pm, at Catholic Charities. It provides continuing education and support, at no charge, for parents with a son, daughter or spouse suffering from addiction to alcohol or drugs. No cost. Just come.

Parish Missionary Disciples Training Program
Parish Missionary Disciples is a training program by which Catholic believers can become missionary disciples. This training deepens one’s relationship with Jesus Christ, transforms one into a disciple, and empowers one to meaningfully, joyfully, and respectfully give witness to how Jesus Christ lives in our hearts, influences our lives, and calls us to holiness. Since 2024, 100+ parishioners representing 24 parishes in the diocese have participated.
