Pickett's Corner Gears Up for Fourth Season
Pickett’s Corner is entering its fourth year. Catholic Charities will begin the new season of its bike ministry in early March. We are grateful for the support that has enabled us to donate 1,138 bikes since the ministry began. As we look ahead to another year of service, we are seeking bike donations to help us continue supporting members of our community. To donate a bike, please contact pickettscorner23@gmail.com. Fish Fry
Join us at St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Fort Thomas for the best fish fry this side of the Licking River, as featured on the local news! Every Friday during Lent (except Good Friday) from 4:30-7pm. Dine-in or carryout from McCrystal Hall (church undercroft), PLUS drive-thru service also available. Cash or credit card accepted. Our menu includes hand-breaded fried cod, baked or blackened tilapia, delicious homemade sides — meals or a la carte, your choice! Scrumptious desserts available in McCrystal Hall and via the drive thru. Drinks are also available for purchase. As always, join us afterwards in the church for Stations of the Cross at 7 pm.
Mulch Sale
Holy Cross High School is having its 28th Annual Mulch Sale! They are selling 2 cubic foot bags of red, brown and black mulch for $4.95 each. Pine straw is $9.75 per bale, which is approximately 12”x12”x23”. All prices include free delivery sales tax. Holy Cross students will deliver mulch and pine straw to your property anywhere in Kenton, Boone and Campbell Counties.

Lenten Women's Retreat
On Saturday, March 7, from 8:30 am–3 pm, join us for a Lenten Women’s Retreat, Come Back to Me, with All Your Heart. Retreat will be in the Blessed Sacrament undercroft at 2409 Dixie Hwy, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
- Light breakfast and lunch will be served.

Old Testament Workshops with Fr. Timothy P. Schehr
The Office of Catechesis and Evangelization is offering workshops on the Old Testament presented by Fr. Timothy P. Schehr. The topic is the Book of Job.
Workshops will be held on Saturday morning—March 7, March 14, April 11 and April 18. Sessions will be held from 10 to 11:30 am, at the Diocesan Curia, Bishop Howard Memorial Auditorium, 1125 Madison Ave, Covington.

2026 Kentucky March for Life
The 2026 Kentucky March for Life will be held on Wednesday, March 11.
- If you plan to participate, please complete the registration form for attending using private transportation or for the buses provided by the Diocesan Pro-Life Office
- There will be bus transportation leaving from the Curia building in Covington and from the Florence Mall parking lot (upper level where the Sear’s entrance used to be). Departure times will be 7:15 am from Covington and 7:30 am from Florence.
- Mass will be at Good Shepherd Parish at 9:30 am with Bishop John Iffert and other priests and deacons from the different dioceses. Celebration at the Capitol begins at noon. Prayer service at the Memorial for the Unborn begins at 2:15 pm.
Women's Mission Trip to Jamaica
The Mustard Seed Community has scheduled a women's mission trip to Jamaica from April 11-16. This is the same mission that Fr. Comer visited and found so inspiring in January 2025. Fair Trade Coffee, Tea and Chocolate Sale
Sunday, March 1, you'll have the opportunity to obtain Fair Trade Equal Exchange goods before Easter. Coffee, tea and chocolate bars will be available for sale between the Sunday Masses downstairs in the undercroft.

Holy Cross St. Paddy's 5K Run
Lace up and head out to Holy Cross High School's St. Paddy's 5K Run on Saturday, March 14. Shirt pickup and registration starts at 9:30 am; the race begins at 10 am. This is a festive, family-friendly event, whether you're running, walking or shamrock-shuffling, the goal is to have fun, promote fitness and build community. The cost is $25 for students, $30 for adults (shirt included). If you don't want a shirt, the cost is $15 for students and $20 for adults. Register by Feb. 25 to guarantee a shirt. Proceeds go to the Holy Cross baseball program. (Dogs on leashes are welcome to participate.)

Free Support Group for Parents of Addicted Loved Ones
Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, from 6:30 to 8 pm, at Catholic Charities. It provides continuing education and support, at no charge, for parents with a son, daughter or spouse suffering from addiction to alcohol or drugs. No cost. Just come.
