The Young Adult Group meets every other Wednesday at 6:30 pm. The group is intended for those who are in the age range from 20 to early 30s, for those who are single or married. You do not have to be Catholic. All are welcome.

On Sunday, Nov. 1, at 6:30 pm, St. Catherine of Siena Church in Ft. Thomas, KY. will be hosting the speaker you can’t afford to miss, Sr. Deirdre Byrne, a professed religious sister, renowned surgeon and US army colonel! The talk will be based on the book, Sister, Soldier, Surgeon, which details her crazy and incredible life. The book received 26 major endorsements.

On Sunday, Oct. 25, we will take up a second collection for the Seminary Education Fund. The seminarians for our diocese are preparing, through prayer, education, and service to others, to become the future priests of our diocese. They have dedicated themselves to follow the Lord and have the heart of the Good Shepherd.

AL-Anon holds their Wednesday noon meetings at Mother of God Church. Enter through the courtyard and go down the steps to the undercroft of the church. Al-Anon has but one purpose: to help families and friends of alcoholics and addicted ones.

Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, from 6:30 to 8 pm, at Catholic Charities. It provides continuing education and support, at no charge, for parents with a son, daughter or spouse suffering from addiction to alcohol or drugs. No cost. Just come.
