Patti Steinmetz is assigned to the business office. She has been in this position for 11 years.
   
Her duties cover:

• Handling all financials, including income and expenses and entering this data into the ledger
• Preparing all financial reports for Fr. Comer and the Finance Council
• Compiling the annual report for the diocese and sharing this data with the parish
• Forecasting parish financial needs and preparing the operating budget
• Reconciling all bank statements each month before closing out the month’s financials.

   
Patti trains and schedules all volunteer counters for the Sunday collections. She also enters all contributions and other donations into the diocese's Camino database. She also orders all office supplies and tracks parking rentals. Generally, she does what needs to be done to serve the parish.
