scavenger hunt yields good times, great memories
“Seek and ye shall find.” That was the motto for those who turned out for the Mother of God Scavenger Hunt this past Wednesday. The event, hosted by the Young Adult Group, was open to all, starting in the west courtyard between the church and St. Aloysius Center.
More than 25 people attended. They assembled into teams armed with cell phones and a list of clues to local landmarks that players were required to photograph as proof of their discovery.
The final clue led teams to the Braxton Brewery rooftop on Seventh St., where they celebrated victory and shared tales of their adventures.
Thanks to Bridget Kaiser-Munday for organizing this event and to the Young Adult Group for sponsoring.
